It is simply awesome. Think of the best improv you've seen combined with holiday cheer and amazing music, then you are coming close to what this is. Which scene was your favorite? This is tough. I really loved the whole musical. The Zoop song that opens and closes the show does get stuck in my head in the best way possible, though. If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be? Join Vern this Holiday Season! Nothing screams the holidays like spontaneous music and cheer! Any additional comments? This was amazing. I hear they perform in New York City all the time. I can't wait to check them out and see it live for myself. Also, Laura Benanti is incredible, but like, DUH. Hilarious! This was fantastic! Vern's extremely witty and original show had me cackling with joy on the train, which I'm sure made me look odd to the other passengers, but I didn't mind because I was too busy enjoying the silly characters and wonderful musical numbers. Looking forward to Vern's next special! Funny & Talented Group - A Great Listen I love musical improv and really enjoyed this. The group has a bunch of interesting personalities and I thought they had an infectious energy. Would be interested in hearing more from them.

I would only recommend this audiobook to someone who is interested in Oscar Wilde but incapable of grasping Victorian vernacular. Not only is this version abridged, words are rewritten to make it easier to understand for a twenty-first century American audience. Insulting. Part of the fun of reading, listening, seeing a play by Oscar Wilde is his wit with words. Changing them because someone might not understand undermines his work. What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike? Some of the lines are emphasized incorrectly according to the script. Some of the actors are too old for their parts. Algy and Jack are performed superbly, as is Miss Prism and Cecily. Funny and Classic This is my preferred Audio version of "Importance". The cast is wonderful and, as usual, the BBC presents a performance to remember. Much fun!

The voices did good and helped me to understand it better. Their inflection and energy really added to the story. Class Assignment. I enjoy good satire, and found Tartuffe to be a deliciously sarcastic treatment of religious hypocrisy. a French classic lives again! Beautifully acted. I enjoyed this production immensely. Well worth a second - a third hearing. Features the dangers of tittle-tattle in clever poetry. Funny and edifying. Great! So, I was assigned to read this book as a social studies assignment since I was going to have a upcoming test on it. I was too lazy to read so I decided to take the easy way out, hear the audiobook version. Overall, I was glad this was assigned to me since in the end, I really ended up loving it. At first, it's good but not the best since it's a bit hard memorising who is who. But eventually, you start to realize that this story is amazing. I recommend it even if you hate plays/ dramas. Tartuffe 9/10 Such a fun and pleasant read!! I throughly enjoyed every page. Tartuffe is a play I would read again and again!!

Members Reviews: Classroom Use I used this version for my high school senior English classroom. It was much better than having the students read it aloud, but it was missing parts from the play itself (even though it says it is unabridged). I don't know if that is an editor's issue with the version we use in class or how Shaw printed it. It was easy to figure out though. Oh Eliza. Eliza's voice tended to screechiness a bit too often for me. Good story, voiced like a radio play. Better than 'My Fair Lady' I've never cared for the movie 'My Fair Lady.' But Anton Lesser is one of my favorite actors, so I thought I'd give this a try. The story is quite different - and much, much better - than the movie. Anton Lesser portrays Henry Higgins as a younger man - perhaps in his 30's - so there is not the icky 'dirty old man' aspect that Rex Harrison conveyed. The ending is more satisfactory, as well. Very funny, well acted by the cast, and much better than the movie adaptation! Performance really irritating I finished this, but it wasn't easy. The performance of this story was really hard to endure. I LOVE PYGMALION A masterpiece let down by these most unsuitable of actors who come across like an amateur dramatics society.

Members Reviews: My favorite bit of wisdom When national politics, world affairs, declining health... or other depressing issues threaten to put me down, I always need a re-read of HARVEY. It makes a sunny day brighter and has a way of shattering and dispersing hovering clouds on dreary days. My favorite bit of wisdom, courtesy of Elwood P. Dowd, in the words of his mother: "In this world...you must be oh, so smart or oh, so pleasant." to which Elwood adds his own view of the matter, to wit: "For years I was smart. I recommend pleasant. You may quote me." To which I say, GOOD ON YOU, Elwood, not to mention Mary Chase. Can't beat it for the price. For any Harvey lovers out there this is completely worth it. It is extremely cheap. I gave it five stars because I knew it wasn't hard back, even though I wish it had a hard cover and was more professional looking, it does the job. It has the play in it and of course the waiver for any use in production for monetary gain. It is enjoyable to read the play after seeing the Movie so many times. Of course it is written as a play and not as a story, so those who are looking for a novel, look away. Five Stars Good price & good timing. Fine Fine Five Stars Exactly what we were looking for.

This course will examine the social, historical, and political context of ancient Greek drama and equip listeners with a set of critical analytical tools for developing their own appreciation of this vitally important genre. The course will focus on the four extant playwrights, Aeschylus, Sophocles, Euripides, and Aristophanes, and examine each of their plays closely. Members Reviews: Outstanding. I could not put this audiobook aside, and have listened to much of it several times. Professor Meineck discusses the significance of Greek drama and provides a great deal of information on the historical and cultural context in which the genre developed. He helps us to imagine the staging and see the plays from the viewpoint of the original audience. After this, five lectures provide an in-depth examination of the incomparable Aeschylus, two cover Sophocles, and the final three cover Euripides and Aristophanes. For an example, lecture seven discusses Agamemnon. Here we are helped to imagine the sacrifice of Iphigenia, and a parallel is drawn to a perversion of the Greek wedding ceremony. Very interesting information is provided on the translation of Clytemnestra's assertion of fidelity, which is on the surface a bald-faced lie. Meineck returns to the original Greek to help us see that she has very carefully chosen her words. He discusses female power images in the beacon fires, and points out that Aeschylus has altered the myth to have Clytemnestra herself murder Agamemnon, rather than her lover. We are treated to a superb examination of Agamemnon's return, in which he is met by Clytemnestra's carefully staged welcome-trap. As she lays out a tapestry for the conquering hero to walk on, we see the murder of Iphigenia replayed. While preventing him from stepping on the soil of his homeland, she compels Agamemnon to wade through metaphorical blood, trampling the wealth of his own household, on his willing way to his own ritual sacrifice. Good stuff, as is the rest of this course. Highly recommended. Magnificent One of the best courses I have ever listened to.

The in-jokes enjoyed by the brothers at the beginning are challenging to follow at first. Listen a couple of times for maximum benefit. True Tragedy A rollercoaster of greed, lust, and contempt. However, I would have liked it better if the actions were included. Story is contrived, though performed great. All the conflicts are contrived and weak, though performance is outstanding. Reminded me of a patchwork blanket. I wonder why it was rated so high.

From a play standpoint, he was the first person to really introduce the deux ex machina tool and had a really good rhyming scheme, although the plays are not up to the level (I think) of Sophocles. This particular free Kindle book is halfway decent. One of the things that seems common to some transcriptions is that when a character has lots of lines of dialog, it's condensed into paragraph form. In a way it's more difficult to read because you can't get a feel of the rhyme and meter of the play. But it's still a decent read and a good introduction to Ancient Greek plays. And it's free. So, what's not to like? The translation tries too hard to be poetic. So ... The translation tries too hard to be poetic. So much that it is unintelligible. I guess that was why it was free. No real complaints there I guess.... Five Stars This product did literally everything I asked of it, which included....containing the entire text of The Bacchae! Love Euripides just not this translation. I love Euripides. But I have found that the translations are not clean and through from the online kindle version as they are from the paid texts. I would recommend reading both Hippolytus and The Bacchae ER Dodds does a fantastic translation as well as a through introduction of the Bacchae. William Arrowsmith's translation is great for the younger modern reader. The best way to read these are in the ancient greek but if you do have to get a translation I would recommend buying one rather than going for the free option.

Please note: This audiobook is in Swedish. Members Reviews: A Woman Becomes Real I like this book because it is real. Many marriages even today are like this one. When faced with the existential choice, this woman accepts reality as it is and makes do with it, knowing this is the only way to find herself. Classic for a reason Well, modern classic or classic modern. Anyway, I hadn't read this for many, many years. I can't believe how riveted I became as the play progressed. In spite of all that has changed in the world, Ibsen brilliantly evokes the humanity, the search, that is timeless. Beautiful, painful play. Amazing Story And Characters! I read it twice, and saw more depth in the characters the second time around. So current and pertinent to today that it's hard to believe it was written more than 100 years ago. I could sit down and read it a third time. Wonderful! I heard a lot of positive things about this book ... I heard a lot of positive things about this book and the play. I don't get why it's so popular. Not my taste. School purchase I was in a hurry to purchase my brother's quarterly book for english & needed it quick. I searched it on Amazon to get the cheapest book but in fairly good/new condition. I decided to purchase it & the day it came in.. the book was brand new & it arrived just as expected (time wise). The book was a great read as well!

Members Reviews: Good version of the play Not knowing Ancient Greek this seems to me a good version of the play. They have a section which explains how the plays were performed and what the various participants were suppose to do. It made me want to find a dvd with the play performed as it would have been done in Ancient Greece.The sections on various aspects of Greek life and how they pertained to the play were also valuable. This is a good introduction to the play. My favorite translation of Antigone I used to teach Antigone and consider this translation my favorite because the language just feels contemporary. No page numbers, several misprints, and a terribly small font. Spend the few extra dollars for a better copy of this great work, itâs worth it. Written as a play, but easy to read. Don't be put off by its age. It's ideal fits modern times. The first Oliver Wilde book that I have read. I shant hope it will be the last. Rollicking Fun Witty, delightful, and bright; this was a charming play that made me smile and giggle. I saw the film version of "An Ideal Husband," and it was dreadful. This print version is far superior. A Chuckle-worthy Turn of Wit There's a reason that Oscar Wilde is considered a classic author. He still enlightens new readers with his work and reveals facets of humanity that other authors shy away from or do not portray with the same off-handed sketch of flaws. Wonderful Characters, Hilarious Dialogue, Shenanigans, and Then Lord Goring makes the book. I really loved the story, the characters were enjoyable and The dialogue was hilarious. My only problem was several somewhat sexist comments and undertones, though, It's to be expected due to the time period Wilde wrote it in. Wilde's stage directions are glorious and his descriptive writing style is honestly wasted in them and it must be Read for you to appreciate his style. "An Ideal Husband " Loved Oscar Wilde's book, "An Ideal Husband ". Saw the movie and knew I had to read the book too. So glad I did. Very entertaining. Highly recommend.

The scenes for the acts were vividly described so that the listener could see as if present in a theater. The play's ending was superb. You will thoroughly enjoy it!

Members Reviews: Captivating tale for a lover of dogs and the wild If you could sum up Kazan in three words, what would they be? Realistic. Engaging. Sweet. What was one of the most memorable moments of Kazan? The forest fire, particularly when Kazan's then blinded wolf mate refuses to cross the river to safety and they had to find another way to save themselves. Did Kevin Foley do a good job differentiating all the characters? How? Well, not really but not bad either. I mostly noted how he portrayed the women characters voices which I found auitable enough. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you? When Kazan's blind wolf mate tried to hold on to any remaining scent of him; sleeping in the very same spots he had slept, even laying her head on the club that still had Kazan's blood and hair on it from the beating the man who had kidnapped him had given the poor wolf-dog...The rain washed all those away in the night but she found another spot with his scent where they had made their last kill but that too was soon washed away...Bare in mind that she was completely blind - a lynx had ripped out her eyes years ago. Any additional comments? I first read this as a young child and though most of its details had slipped my mind in these 20+ years, I still remembered how great this story was. This is a wonderful story about wilderness and the nature of dogs and wolves, and how a dog who was born and grew up with humans will always remain a dog, having some loyalty to humans, no matter how wild he becomes and even if he is part wolf. (In Kazan's case he really only loved women, as women had never beaten him.) Yet also how well a part wolf dog can adapt and belong into the wilderness. It also seems like the author reall knew about the Canadian wilderness, and the sled dogs of the early 1900's so it's like this story could have really happened. I recommend this to people who love dogs, wolves and/or wilderness adventures BUT note that this may be upsetting to very young children because there's a lot of violence; men beat the dogs mercilessly with clubs and whips as punishments and/or to tame them and Kazan himself receives several of them, and there's also a lot of violence between the wild animals. It's fairly graphic, too. The narrator is fine, especially for children. My only complaint is that it is very clear he recorded this in three different takes, possibly all in different locations. As in the recording wasn't edited to sound similar, the patching is very clear. But that's really minor, not too distracting. Wolf Dog Wolf Would you listen to Kazan again? Why? Yes.

As I contemplate going to see Salome at the Santa Fe Opera this morning I thought it would be nice to review the play that started it all, Oscar Wilde's Salome. I'm not sure that our age is capable of the genius he shows in this writing. Oh he takes liberties with the story for sure, but wow! The story line is incredible, the understanding that Oscar Wilde had of the scriptures and the culture of antiquity that allowed him to take the liberties he did is truly astounding. Tell you the truth, my previous knowledge of Oscar Wilde consisted of anecdotes and some smart epitaph on a tombstone. Listening to this makes me want to read and hear more of his work. I also have to say that the LATW did a wonderful job. I only wish I had been there to see it on stage. The audio was great and opened up my imagination. Exquisite work! Great performance of a more mature play Even as an Oscar Wilde fan, I've found it hard to find productions or even printed copies of Salome - it seems it's not nearly as popular as Wilde's comedies, though it is a much more complex and mature work. I loved the play, and this production....I hope one day to see it performed on stage. LA Theatreworks always put together great radio productions, and this one is no exception. I also liked the interview afterwards (approx 15 minutes) regarding Wilde and the situations surrounding the creation and production of Salome. Oh dear Perhaps this play would be better viewed from the stalls with a large glass or two of wine and something to throw at the actors. I do not recommend it. Kind of a Dud What disappointed you about Salomé? This play was touted as being scandalous for its time period, and maybe it was, but in this day and age it's just dull. I couldn't care less about the characters and didn't find the dialogue witty or amusing at all. What could Oscar Wilde have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you? I was expecting more of his usual wit, and perhaps something more of comedy noire.

The supporting cast is brilliant. I would particularly like to draw the listeners attention to the conversation between Sir Aymes Paulet and Lord Burley, which is both powerful and passionate. Alex Kingston's rendition of Queen Mary is flawless. Her bouts with Lord Burley (Martin Jarvis) are fast, hot blooded and real. Very, very real. You are left in no doubt that here is a woman fighting for her life against an entire legal system "framed to entrap" her. But I was more deeply touched by her sheer vulnerability, her own feelings of guilt and the dignity and composure of her last goodbye. Whichever side you choose in this intrigue, you will not be disappointed.

It won the Pulitzer Prize in 1922, and is generally considered to be one of OâNeillâs best works. The play takes place around 1910 and opens at a waterfront bar in New York City. The postman gives the bartender a letter addressed to one of the saloonâs regular patrons, who arrives soon after to receive it. Chris Christopherson is a Swedish immigrant and the captain of a coal barge. Flo Gibson's attempts at clarification between the different cast members is frankly embarassing. Unless you are using this for the purposes of learning lines (and remember that you will need to be learning THIS translation) then I think this is almost worthless. A very disappointing purchase.

Especially liked the forest protector taking care of the orphaned children after their father dies while fighting for the king. Any additional comments? This is the first time I have ever listened to a play as an audiobook and I really enjoyed it. All the narrators did a fantastic job and the play was really interesting! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. The fact that I was gifted this book had no influence over my opinion of it. A Histrical Snapshot The play is interesting but a little hard to follow since there's no description of what is happening. I did enjoy hearing about different parts of Lincoln's life from his perspective and that of those close to him. It's strange but interesting to listen to an audio book with so many narrators, but it works well in the play format. I received a free copy of this book from the author and/or narrator and/or publisher in exchange for an honest review. A complex life distilled into six scenes First released in 1918 this play distils Lincoln's life down to six scenes, focusing on his Presidency and the Civil War. Starting with his Republican nomination it moves through to his assassination. As a dramatisation it is impossible to know exactly how close to the real Lincoln this is, and being so condensed it is hard to capture a whole lot of nuance. It does touch of some of his changing stances (such as moving from a position of not expanding slavery through to complete abolition) and some problems that caused around him, but otherwise it's a fairly simple, if impressive, image of who Lincoln was. If you are looking for an in depth book to learn something new about Lincoln then this isn't that book. But if you want a simple primer and overview, then this is a good place to start. It tells you ho he is, what he was like and sees key moments in his life. There is only so much that can be fit into a 2 hour play, and this does well in putting it together. Written originally as a stage play, it translates well to a radio play. with sound effects supporting the story it is easy to tell what is going on and where it is in the timeline. It may not always be clear who the individual people are, but I didn't feel that matters.

Members Reviews: Interesting but more head than heart Two points to make about this: one is that it's Bernard Shaw; the other is that it's read throughout by the very capable Kimberly Schraf. Shaw can be funny, serious, tough-minded and sentimental by turns; he can also be alternately captivating and tedious. In this outing he's all of the above. Cleopatra is not the fading, mercurial enchantress of Shakespeares play. Shaw presents her as a charming but hopelessly spoiled 16-year-old girl. There is a tremor at the end, though, that gives a hint of what is to come. The play comes with not one but two prologues (take your pick), which is about one and a half too many. An afterward provides historical background on some of the points raised in the play. I've never seen this one staged. If it were done exactly as written - something I suspect would be a financial impossibility - it would be more elaborate than the most expensive Broadway musical. The sets Shaw describes are spectacular beyond belief, with multiple levels, colonnaded porticos, the Pharos lighthouse, a Sphinx (though not THE Sphinx), and a ship at pier. Dozens if not scores of soldiers, guards, and servants dot the landscape. In this setting, Shaw tells an unromantic story about a young girl with a lesson to learn about ruling, and an old(er) man with a destiny to fulfill. Like much of Shaws work, for me it speaks much more clearly to my head than my heart. Its also a chaste story. Caesar is more a kindly uncle here than an aging lover, and Caesarion - the child Caesar and Cleopatra had together - does not show up to complicate matters. At the end, returning to Rome, Caesar promises to send her childhood crush, Mark Antony, and this Queen of the Nile dances and giggles like the schoolgirl she most clearly resembles. As mentioned, the play is read by a single reader. This has a distinct disadvantage and a number of advantages, especially when it comes to Shaw. The disadvantage is that it lacks the dramatic tension that results from the interplay of different real personalities. But the advantages, for someone like me who had not previously read the play, are considerable. In a play as crowded with characters as this one, it's helpful to always know whos talking. (In single-reader productions like this one, it's customary to preface each line of dialogue with the name of the character speaking it.) Schraf helps this along by using slightly different voices for each character. And with Shaw, you get the benefit of hearing his novelistic set and character descriptions. Shaw put a lot into these descriptions, and they're useful as hints for actors, directors, and designers; but in an audiobook, where you can't see the finished result, the effect is lost - unless, as here, they're incorporated into the reading. So, not my favorite play (or my favorite by Shaw), but its a skillful and accessible rendering of the play.

Members Reviews: Early Dystopian Magic From Bradbury Where does Ray Bradbury's Pillar of Fire rank among all the audiobooks youve listened to so far? 8/10 What did you like best about this story? This is a bit of Bradbury I'd never heard of nor read. Very poetic and very dark. The last section sounds like a sort of hymn to Halloween. I've ordered the book containing the whole thing to read it in the entire form now. Surprised this story is not better known among Ray Bradbury fans. Which character as performed by Bill Oberst Jr. was your favorite? The dead man risen from the grave is actually a terrorist if you think about what he is doing, but you do feel sorry for him. The man who figures him out, McClure, is a question mark: is he the devil or is he saving his society? All very thought-provoking. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you? The last bit where the dead man is reciting all that he represents. Any additional comments? Heart-felt and fun, in that spooky sort of way. I'd recommend it to people who are into Bradbury's darker side. Oh, and a little knowledge of Poe helps to catch the references made here. The Original Walking Dead - Leave It To Bradbury! If you could sum up Ray Bradbury's Pillar of Fire in three words, what would they be? I miss Bradbury. What other book might you compare Ray Bradbury's Pillar of Fire to and why? This is early Bradbury, written before all of the elements in his style had completely fused. His fans (I'm one) will recognize all the elements of later pieces like Usher II and even F451 but there's a rawness here that I think gives it its strength. It's angrier than a lot of his other early material and his passion for Poe has more of an edge to it here. Have you listened to any of Bill Oberst Jr.s other performances before? How does this one compare? He is obviously enjoying the performance and the material. I like that passion. Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry? Sympathy for a murdering dead man...who else but Ray Bradbury could make a reader feel that? I wanted William Lantry to burn them all down. Any additional comments? A wonderful new option for translation. The dialogue is a bit more relaxed than the Scmidt version without losing the intent; Some passages roll off the tongue with a bit more contemporary ease. Her notes are informative and even applicable to how to play a moment, e.g., when Dunyasha breaks the plate and Varya comments on the luck, Brodskaya informs you of the likely unknown Russian superstition that if a plate is broken, on accident, it can be good luck (opposite of how I, at least, often see that luck interpreted!) In other words, Brodskaya's translation is the Not For Tourists Guide to Chekhov. ... I am of the opinion that it always feels like nothing is happening and that as a reader it ... I am not a Chekhov fan because I am of the opinion that it always feels like nothing is happening and that as a reader it is very boring. However as a student and learning about the history of the time and Chekhov's intentions, these plays are not meant to be so heavy & dramatic, but in fact are comedies due to their commentary on how all of these people create their own misery and literally do nothing to change their lives and continuously want to blame others for their own lack of action. These are classic plays that any theatre student or practitioner should know. Very good for scene work and discovery. Terrible translation. I found this translation to be terrible, it didn't just read badly, there were grammatical errors. I would recommend getting the Paul Schmidt translation "The Plays of Anton Chekhov". Not For Me The Three Sisters written by Anton Chekhov was published in August 31, 2014; ISBN: 978-1500998882. This book was written after a play. The book is priced at $4.99, which as a college student I enjoyed very much that it was not expensive. There was not any special features in this book, but I did however enjoyed how the cover of the book was portrayed. This play told a story about three sisters living in a privileged part of Russia but dream of moving to Moscow and getting away from there problems.

Yes, I have listened to other Full-Cast performances in the form of SmartPass' production of Hamlet and Macbeth. War Poetry cannot top Shakespeare, but it came close in its beautiful production and deep analysis. I feel I am a richer, deeper, and more informed person after having listened to it. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you? As I said before, all of the moments . . . the poems in the book . . . moved me. Hearing the soldiers' own words, their reports from the trenches, moved me by placing me there with them. If I were an English teacher, I would assign this audiobook over All Quiet on the Western Front in order to give students a broader understanding of the war. War Poetry does a better job of teaching because the language distills the horrors of war. Any additional comments? War Poetry is a great investment of time and money. Never before have I experienced a book on the pivotal moment of the twentieth century. The soldier poets were and still are on the cutting edge of all that followed. We owe a great depth of gratitude to them for their courage and creativity in speaking the truth about war. Useless for study Better to buy the cd, the file supplied by audible is one long continuous file, so cannot jump to individual poems, making the product quite pointless for study.

When it was only Holmes and Watson it was acceptable but the other characters left so much to be desired that I found it aggravating and at times almost funny. I would much rather hear the more traditional narrations. In future I will always listen to the excerpt before purchasing.

In the end, however, evidence turns up that leads to the collapse of the captainâs case and a dramatic end. An enjoyable play by a Noble Prize Winner Many playgoers and readers consider âLoyaltiesâ Galsworthyâs best play. It was a financial success for its author. The 1922 play is filled with drama and suspense. It is about a huge sum of money that was stolen in a fashionable aristocratic home from a guest who was not of the aristocratic class. The loyalties manifest themselves in this play in many ways: loyalty to oneâs race, social class, spouse, legal profession, sense of honor, and the inability to overcome a decision once it is made and to put aside prejudices. John Galsworthy (1867-1933) was one of the most outstanding English novelists and dramatists of his time. He was a lawyer, but never practiced law. He despised the English upper-class treatment of those âbelow them,â although this was the class to which he belonged. He usually gave away half of his income. He published nineteen novels and is most famous for his Forsyth novels. He wrote twenty full-length plays and a number of shorter ones as well as short stories. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1932. His plays follow the style of the Norwegian Henrik Ibsen (1828-1906) and the Irish George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950) in presenting social issues, which prompted viewers to think about the issues raised in the plays. They were not âlight entertainment,â the style of plays in modern times before these playwrights. A good book must read Dancy a retired army general is accused of stealing money from a wealthy Jew, DeLevis. Everybody supports Dancy as he is a Christian. The last piece of thread turns the tables and Dancy is proven guilty. This is a very intricately written drama which is simple to understand.
